A native of Maple Heights, Ohio, Robert C. Reed completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH., achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. His employment history includes a successful stint with Rockwell International, where he worked on high clearance projects such as the B-2 Bomber, Stealth Guidance Systems and NASA’s Space Shuttle and Deloitte Consulting where he spent many years working on state eligibility projects and various other HHS projects involving data warehousing.
While living in Chicago, Robert realized his passion for his trade while studying Data Management and Data Warehousing under Bill Inmon, the recognized father of Data Warehousing. The late Mayor of Chicago, Harold Washington provided Robert the entrepreneurial inspiration and support by encouraging minority future leaders to start their own businesses and follow their dreams and passion.
In 1997, Robert applied his expertise in data warehousing, project management and Information Technology to form RCR Technology Corporation, an innovative information technology consulting firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Today, RCR Technology employs over 220 technical consultants in many states specializing in system integration, business intelligence, application development, data warehousing, technical staffing, a growing portfolio of end user client services, IT infrastructure hosting and cloud technologies to name a few.
RCR Technology has led or been a significant partner in many highly visible and impactful projects across Indiana. They include the web-based Bureau of Motor Vehicles system, Medicaid Eligibility System, Indiana Data Warehouse and Indiana Employment Modernization Project (IEMP). Today, with over more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing eligibility systems and data warehouse solutions for state and federal government, RCR Technology has become one of the leading minority-owned technology companies in the state and across the region. Under Robert’s leadership, RCR Technology has expanded our footprint of service delivery in projects across 17 states.
Robert has driven his RCR Technology team in developing proprietary software applications to help to solve client needs including a call center solution (RCR Answers™), RCR Connect™ a software interface capable of facilitating data integration to multiple unique data warehouses and BHAS™ (Behavioral Health Assessment System) software solution which collects data, manages, analyzes and delivers a clinical assessment used for treatment and monitoring.
RCR Technology has partnered successfully with many of the world’s largest information technology firms and leading consulting companies including IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Amazon AWS, Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, and Xerox at various clients including significant Health and Human Services projects locally and nationally.
A strong personal tenet for Robert is his connection to and willingness to support his local community. RCR Technology, since its inception in 1997 has been and continues to be very active in supporting our local community with technical and financial support to a number of worthy events including Indiana Black Expo, Walk to End Lupus Now, Madame Walker Theatre, Fishers Freedom Festival, Eskenazi Health and Super Bowl XLVI (Indianapolis 2012) as a few examples. Robert has served on several community advisory boards providing valuable insights and resources and continues to support his passion of mentorship by providing job opportunities for local youth interested in pursuing a career path in technology.
A native Hoosier, Sharon Reed was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1982, Sharon was graduated from North Central High School, subsequently attending The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In 1986 she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism with a minor in Communications.
Sharon currently holds the position of Director of Administration at RCR Technology Corporation. Additionally she is part of the Executive Leadership Team which is responsible for strategy development and operational execution for company initiatives.
A spirit of giving has always been at the forefront of Sharon’s life. As a teen, Sharon devoted much of her spare time to church, civic and school activities; including student council, speech and debate team, cheerleading and Young Life. One of her fondest memories was as a volunteer at Methodist Hospital where she delivered flowers to patients and read books to children.
While at Ohio State, her love of service continued to develop writing for the campus newspaper and volunteering for various service projects, including Habitat for Humanity and feeding and clothing the less fortunate in the local community.
After college, Sharon was hired as a Flight Attendant with Continental Airlines. For nearly 5 years she traveled the world further developing her people and interpersonal skills.
In 1989 she was hired as one of the first employees at the Indiana Lottery. For nearly 10 years she held various Public Relation positions. It was thru her association with the Indiana Lottery that Sharon was introduced to the United Way were she received a comprehensive program in leadership training.
With leadership training under her belt, Sharon’s volunteer and philanthropic passion soared serving on various boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of America, OASIS and Teen Court. As an active member of her Church, Sharon has volunteered in several ministries including the Bookstore, Café and the Outreach Community Center.

Scott’s professional background includes over 30 years of progressive sales, sales management, marketing, business development and general management roles working with various domestic and global market leaders. He has demonstrated deep industry knowledge across many verticals, with emphasis on technology and healthcare.
His breadth of industry knowledge and proven ability to exceed expectations have come from successful stints with companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Roche, Tata Consultancy Services, Siebel Systems and Hewlett-Packard. He is the recipient of numerous outstanding achievement awards and recognitions from past employers and industry for his contributions and performance.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Scott was educated at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana having achieved a degree in Bachelor of Science-Accountancy. Additionally he has completed a number of MBA and EMBA courses including a global marketing program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Scott is very active in his local community and has held or continues to hold leadership positions in many philanthropic organizations including the Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana Black Expo, Impact Foundation, Super Bowl XLVI; Host Committee 2012-Indianapolis and Super Bowl XLVII Host Committee 2013-New Orleans.
With his past industry roles, Scott has extensive global experience having traveled, worked and lived abroad while working for German, French, Swedish and Indian headquartered companies.
