Job Duties: RCR Technology in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Quality Assurance Testers (Automation) to participate in reviewing requirements specifications, creating test plans and cases, and carrying out various software and application tests. Individuals will perform the following duties:

Prepare test plans and test specifications based on functional requirement specifications and system design specifications

Develop, execute, and implement test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall, based on the technical specifications and business requirements using

Participate in preparation of the Test Data

Participate in functional testing, regression testing

Develop and create automation scripts using Selenium

Query databases and perform end-to-end test and backend tests for Oracle and DB2 database

Extensively participate in manual testing of the Application

Execute test cases manually and reported defects

Report software defects using bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla 2.2, HP ALM) and interact with the developers to resolve the defects investigated in the application during testing

Follow up with the development team to check with the development status of the project and make changes appropriately to the requirements

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or any related Engineering or IT field of study, plus at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).

**Looking for automation testing with experience with IT security protocols.. App Scan, BurpeSuite as examples..**

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency and knowledge with the following:

1. Automation script in Selenium

2. Bug tracking tools: JIRA, Bugzilla2.2, HP ALM

3. DB2 and Oracle

4. CAPTIVA

5. Test planning, System testing, Integration testing, Backend testing, End-To-End testing, Scenario/case testing

6. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall

7. Understanding of core java to write script in Selenium
